Sinfonie d'Autunno - An exclusive dinner among signature flavors and wines
On Thursday, September 18, 2025, Agriloro and Carlo Stroppini Gourmet invite you to enjoy a refined experience: Symphonies of Autumn, a food and wine journey dedicated to the scents and flavors of the most evocative season.
A menu designed to celebrate game, chestnuts and local produce, in perfect harmony with great vintages of our Agriloro Syrah: 2008, 2009, 2010 and 2013, with 2014 served in magnum format.
The evening will begin with a standing aperitif of ham cut on the Berkel slicer, game meats, and homemade focaccia, followed by dishes that combine tradition and creativity:

Venison steak with porcini mushrooms and hazelnuts

Raviolone with wild boar ragout and 30-month Parmigiano Reggiano mousse

Sliced venison nostrano with juniper sauce, braised red cabbage, cooked pears and apples, chestnuts and Brussels sprouts
