Sauvignon Bianco

The particular climate of the Tenimento dell'Ör estate in Arzo tends to favor the varietal expression of this grape variety, preserving its freshness even in the hottest vintages. Aging in barriques in the presence of its own yeasts for over 8 months gives it breadth, complexity, and elegance. The bouquet is marked by typical hints of acacia and elderflower and a fruity touch of yellow peach and lime. Alcohol content: 12.5% vol.
