A passito made from a blend of Gewürztraminer, Pinot Grigio, Scheurebe and Petite Arvine collected in vendemmia tardivasmall crates and left to wither until mid-December. A wine with a particularly fruity bouquet and great complexity with notes of dried fruit, lime honey and a delicately citrusy finish.
