Obtained from the skilful distillation of freshly pressed marc, mainly American grapes and a small part of Merlot. It is a typical white Ticinesegrappa: fruit, elegance and backbone are united in a distillate with a strong character. Alcohol content: 45%.
Obtained from the distillation of freshly fermented Gewürztraminer marc. A distillate of great finesse and elegance that contains the best varietal characteristics of this noble grape variety.
It could be defined the "Grappa di Sottobosco", in fact the marc of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot come from the vinification of Sottobosco. Aging 24 months in barriques previously used for the aging of our Millefiori passito.
Digestive liqueur obtained by macerating leaves of Basilicogrape marc grappa. With a delicate taste and almost thaumaturgical properties, it is obtained from a traditional recipe of the peasant civilization. Alcohol content: 25 %.
